Rugby Mladost s ponosom oznanja novo lansiranje; Financira EU, “Health-Enhanching Rugby Activity Project” (HERA Projekt) v sodelovanju s projektnim partnerjem Rugby Klub Ljubljana
Projekt HERA se je začel že 1. julija, prvi uvodni sestanek pa je potekal 29.septembra. Projekt HERA je 24-mesečni projekt Erasmus+ Small Collaborative Partnerships, ki ga v celoti financira Evropska unija v vrednosti 60.000,00 Eur.
Posebni cilji projekta HERA so izboljšati institucionalne in trenerske zmogljivosti ter prakse na področju „telesnih dejavnosti, ki krepijo zdravje“ (HEPA), da bi postale dostopne in privlačne za otroke in mladostnike, ki so izpostavljeni zdravstvenim težavam iz določenega rugby vidika oz kota.
Po podatkih Svetovne zdravstvene organizacije ima vsak tretji otrok pri 11 letih prekomerno telesno težo in več kot 50 % ljudi je predebelih ali debelih. Projekt HERA se želi spopasti s prekomerno telesno težo in debelostjo v ragbi klubih. Glavni cilj projekta HERA je omogočiti transformacijo in spremembo dveh rugby klubov (sodelujočih organizacij) v smeri HEPA rugby pristopa.
Projekt HERA gradi na rezultatih preteklih aktivnosti na terenu, predvsem na projektu HEPA z naslovom Športni klub za zdravje (SCforH).

HARK Mladost is proud to announce the brand new launched; EU funded, “Health-Enhanching Rugby Activity Project” (HERA Projekt) in collaboration with project partner RK Ljubljana.
The HERA project was initiated back on the 1st of July and the first Kick-off meeting was held on the 29th of September. The HERA project is a 24-month Erasmus+ Small Collaborative Partnerships funded project, fully funded by the European Union in the amount of 60.000,00 Eur.
The specific objectives of the HERA Project is to improve the institutional and coaching capacities and practices in the field of „Health-Enchansing Physical activities“ (HEPA) to become accessible and attractive to children and youth at risk of health problems from a specific Rugby based angle.
According to the World Health Organisation, every 3rd child at the age of 11 is overweight and over 50% of people are overweight or obese. The HERA Project wants to tackle overweight and obesity in rugby clubs. The main objective of the HERA Project is to enable transformation and change of two rugby clubs (participating organisations) towards HEPA rugby approach.
