Srečanje mobilnosti projekta EU Erasmus v Ljubljani

Ragbi klub Ljubljana je na četrtem obisku mobilnosti gostil partnerje iz projekta »Ragbi za otroke«.
Zadnje, četrto srečanje Mobilnostnega obiska je potekalo v okviru projekta »Ragbi za otroke«. Projektne partnerje je 22. in 23. aprila gostil Ragbi klub Ljubljana. Srečanja so se udeležili vsi predstavniki partnerskih klubov; Ragbi klub Dragon Brno, Ragbi klub Zagreb, Ragbi klub Dubrovnik in Superkid Zagreb.
Prvi dan srečanja so gostitelji goste popeljali po prelepi Ljubljani, kjer so se lahko sprehodili po znamenitostih. Druženje se je nadaljevalo s skupno večerjo in izmenjavo idej, s katerimi bi klubi lahko izboljšali svoj položaj.
Naslednji dan sta gostitelja Robert Puconja in Damjan Volavšek srečanje začela s predstavitvijo zgodovine ragbija v Sloveniji. Ragbi klub Ljubljana ima dolgoletno tradicijo, ustanovljen je bil leta 1962 in je v svoji zgodovini dosegel številne dobre rezultate na tekmovanjih v regiji. Partnerji so se seznanili z organizacijo kluba, trenerji in strukturo tekmovalcev. Srečanje se je nadaljevalo z ogledom igrišča in klubskih prostorov, ki so zares fantastični. Klub ima; garderobe, telovadnico, sejno sobo in klubski prostor za druženje. S SWOT analizo, ki je sledila, so partnerji ugotovili, da so prednosti kluba velik entuziazem in angažiranost nekdanjih igralcev in prostovoljcev, zgrajena mreža sodelovanja in udeležbe na tekmovanjih s klubi iz sosednjih držav, dobra klubska zmogljivost in dolgoletna tradicija, ki jo neguje klub. Klub je v svojih načrtih za prihodnost poudaril razvoj otroškega ragbija in pritegnitev čim večjega števila otrok v ragbi. Partnerji so se strinjali, da je to eden najpomembnejših ciljev vseh klubov.
Po srečanju so gostitelji organizirali kosilo in druženje, ki je trajalo vse popoldne. Partnerji so ugotovili, da so tovrstna druženja in izmenjave izkušenj zelo koristna za vse in jih je treba pogosteje organizirati.
Rugby Club Ljubljana hosted partners from the "Rugby for Children" project at the fourth Mobility visit meeting
The last, fourth Mobility visit meeting was held in Ljubljana, as part of the "Rugby for children" project. The project”s partners were hosted by the Ljubljana Rugby Club on April 22 and 23. The meeting was attended by all representatives of partner clubs; Rugby club Dragon Brno, Rugby club Zagreb, Rugby club Dubrovnik and Superkid Zagreb.
On the first day of the meeting, the hosts took the guests through beautiful Ljubljana, where they could walk around the sights. Socializing continued with a joint dinner and exchange of ideas for improvement of the clubs.
The next day, the hosts Robert Puconja and Damjan Volavšek started the meeting by presenting the history of rugby in Slovenia. Rugby Club Ljubljana has a long tradition. It was founded in 1962 and in its history has achieved many good results in competitions in the region. The partners were introduced to the organization of the club, coaches and the structure of the competitors. The meeting continued with a tour of the main pitch and club facilities, which are truly fantastic. The club has; locker rooms, a gym, a meeting room and a club space for socializing. Through the Swot analysis that followed, the partners concluded that the club's strengths are great enthusiasm and engagement of former players and volunteers, built a network of cooperation and participation in competitions with clubs from neighboring countries, good club facilities and a long tradition nurtured by the club. In its plans for the future the club emphasized the development of rugby for children and the attraction of as many children in rugby as possible. The partners agreed those are the most important goals of all clubs.
